Free Community Training

Free CPR & Life Support Training for Schools, Families, Community Groups and Organisations across Gloucestershire. 
Delivered by Heart Safe community Academy CIO

What we Cover:​

  • CPR for Adults - technique, confidence & when to act

  • AED Awareness - how a defibrillator works & why it is not as frightening as it looks

  • Basic Life Support - the DRSABC approach in plain language

  • Paediatric First Aid - CPR & emergency response for babies and young children

  • Emergency - What to do in an emergency & practical decision making for everyday situations

  3. We agree a date and come to you - your venue, your location, your people

  4. Your group leaves with practical skills & the confidence to use them
     

What we need from you​

Very Little, Just a space big enough for your group to stand and practice. Chairs if needed & just your time. 
We bring everything else! 
If you dont have the space of your own you can always come to us!
