Award In Education & Training - Level 3 (RQF)

The Highfield Level 3 Award in Education and Training (RQF) has been designed to provide an 
introduction to teaching for individuals who would like to work or currently work within FE 
Colleges, Independent Training Providers and/or Local Authorities - Learners must be a minimum of 19 years of age to undertake this programme. This programme is a replacement for the PTLLS Course ( preparing to teach in the life long learning sector)  This programme is delivered over 6 weeks in 3 hour sessions to meet the required 18 hours guided learning timescale.  We can offer this as a blended learning approach with some sessions face to face and others via remote Zoom sessions.  all aspects must be completed including submission of a portfolio of evidence and video teaching log in order to gain this qualification.  All candidates must undertake a pre-course literacy & numeracy assessment prior to joining the programme, in order to ensure they are supported appropriately throughout the course.
